My Start in Real Estate

I’m a second-generation real estate agent, and I’ve had a front-row seat to this business since I was a kid—riding along on showings with my mom and watching her help people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I also saw her work with investors to build long-term portfolios, which left a lasting impression. That foundation continues to shape my career today as I work toward growing my own small rental portfolio alongside helping others do the same.

Charlotte is Home

I moved to Charlotte in the second grade, and I’ve had a front-row seat to the city’s transformation ever since. I’ve lived in neighborhoods across the city—from South End before it became a hotspot, to Ballantyne, to North Charlotte. With nearly 30 years of local experience, I don’t just know Charlotte—I’m rooted in it.

My Approach

My goal is to be the calm counterpart in what can be an emotional and overwhelming process. Thanks to my day-to-day role as a transaction coordinator, I work behind the scenes on hundreds of real estate deals each year. That gives me a unique edge—experience across countless situations and the ability to stay cool and focused under pressure. Because I’m not relying on commission as my sole income, I can stay focused on what’s truly best for my clients—not just what’s best for my bottom line.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of real estate, I’m into all things tech—especially smart home gadgets and the Apple Home ecosystem. I also play volleyball, both indoor and sand, and I love exploring new places with my wife. Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway, a chill island escape, or a full-scale Disney vacation, I believe in making time to recharge and enjoy life. You might catch glimpses of that side of me on Instagram or YouTube—because I believe lifestyle and real estate go hand in hand.
